Instructions use:

  1. Filling the tank:

    1. Pour regular gasoline into the Honda pump. Fuel cap is located on the very top.

    2. Check the oil.

    3. Turn the red on / of switch located on the tank side of the Honda pump to the "On" position.

    4. Open the silver fuel valve using the lever under the choke.

    5. Turn the silver choke lever on.

    6. If first use, pour approximately 1 gallon of water into the pump reservior, which is the black threaded cap next to the fuel tank.

    7. Leave cap loosened.

    8. Turn the red three-way valve towards the 2" suction hose.

    9. Turn the small red tank valve in the closed position. The valve will be perpendicular to the line.

    10. Turn the large 2" valve in the on position, which will be parallel to the line.

    11. Put the 2" hose coupling on the back of the water tank on the inlet valve in the top right and secure with cam latches.

    12. Submerge the 2" suction hose in the water source.

    13. Pull start the Honda engine and when engine is operating, turn the choke off immediately.

    14. Increase the RPM on the Honda motor pump. The RMP lever is located under the fuel tank.

    15. Replace threaded cap on the water reservoir as soon as the air has been removed from the line. The water level will rise to the top and begin to overflow. Hand tighten the cap.

    16. Check the water level by the gague on the back of the water tank, or by opening the manholes on top.

    17. When the tank is filled to the desired level, turn the large 2" valve level into the "off" position. Decrease RPM on the Honda motor. Turn the on/off switch on the Honda to the "off" position.

    18. Coil 2" suction hose, and secure on the side of the Water Wagon.

  2. Distributing water:

    1. Move the 2" hose on the back of the tank to the distributor coupler on the bottom of the back of the tank. Secure with cam latches.

    2. Turn large 2" valve lever to the "off" position.

    3. Turn smaller tank valve to the "on" position.

    4. Turn red three-way valve towards the 2" line.

    5. Pull start the Honda engine and when engine is operating, turn the choke off immediately.

    6. Increase the RPM on the Honda motor pump. The RMP lever is located under the fuel tank.

    7. Water should now be distributing.
